"Communications with rep was terrible. Was not told of a non-refundable deposit for a date they did not give. They selected plants, not good quality. Follow-up poor, several plants died and they did not want to travel 20 minutes to replace etc... Note: Eli was great when he got involved, but overall, will not hire again."

"Gaps in the fence, hole cut in gate. I sent pictures of the gap in the fence that allows neighbors to see right into the backyard. Neighbors or uninvited guests can peek through the place where the latch was installed on the gate. I am Still waiting for a response from the company after sending pictures. I will update this post if and when the mistakes are corrected."
