"I have recently had a less than favorable experience with a "well known" Nashville company. After reading the reviews on Mid-Tenn I decided to give Stacy a call. To my surprise he called back quickly, set-up a time to arrive and then arrived on time. He quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired it. Great experience! "Bill was very professional, on time and very thorough. He did an EXCELLENT job, and the cost was very good. The typical maintenance items you do for a home, this has to be one of the top "Bang for the Buck" items you can perform. Should be on the top of everyone's list, and Bill should be on the top of folks list of who to have it performed by. I highly recommend Bill.
