It was assembled poorly by the person that originally put it on before we lived there, making it more difficult to get it done ourselves. Dave wasn't available last minute, but he did walk my husband through how to get it done, and we ultimately did it ourselves. He had amazing customer service, knowledge and will definitely call him the next time we need him!"
