"I had a severe case of mold in a bedroom closet last year that my building management wouldn't test. So I called Big Apple Mold and spoke to David, who took the time to listen to my issue and recommend next steps. After calling around to other testing companies, I ended up hiring Big Apple Mold to run a mold test for me. David came, was very patient and thorough in showing me what he was doing and even threw in an extra swab to be tested for free. I got the results back about a week later, which I sent to management. They finally agreed after getting insurance involved to remediate the problem with an outside remediation firm. David and his team were nothing but helpful and even recommended a public adjuster I could contact in case I was unable to get an equitable resolution to the mold problem in my unit.
