He did a great job explaining what was involved in the job and he kept me informed throughout about the progress of the job and some of the challenges involved. He works hard. "It was Friday, the 13th & my husband noticed a wet stain on the kitchen ceiling. He wanted it fixed right away. I contacted Angie's List and someone called & made an appointment for the next day. Then, Nick called & said because he knew the bad weather that was coming, he showed up at our home by 3:30pm on Friday, went up on the roof & took a picture of the broken & missing shingles. Luckily, he had everything he needed in his truck & was able to repair the problem by HIMSELF in UNDER an HOUR! He was very professional & friendly & the price was GREAT! He even gave us back some of the broken tiles so we could see the damage for ourselves. And, he gave us an incredible 2 year warranty. "I wanted to wait for a bad rain storm and wind to see if the job was done well, and I can say it was an excellent job. Overall, I was very happy with them. They came to fix our leaking skylights. The two offered the best price (beating three other quotes) and were able to quickly complete the job the next day. I really appreciate that they didn't give a quote and then said they need 3 weeks to show up. The replaced shingles and ice shield are holding up well, made it through the past several rain storms and really strong winds. They cleaned up and made sure no nails were around in the yard, that was great.
