We also offer a one-time deep cleaning service to follow. Your housing will be move-in ready! Our custom deep cleaning includes walls, windows, cupboards, flooring, kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms, anything you can imagine! If the removed items are total junk, they will be disposed or recycled. "Though the gutters were cleaned in December after the leaves had fallen, this spring of 2024 the gutters were over flowing!! I texted David regarding this issue he said they check the downspouts using a leaf blower. This spring I noticed no apparent debris from the downspouts being blown out. David said that my house is surrounded by trees and the downspouts are probably blocked again. This is 4 months later!! What would be blocking the gutters from draining. He said he'd come out but would have to charge me again, again for a service I paid for that wasn't completed properly in December. Would not recommend or use again."

You'll need some specific gear for post-construction cleaning. Wear a respirator, eye protection, and gloves. Vacuum floors, cracks, and dusty spots with a shop vac with a certified HEPA filter. Wet mopping helps pick up even more dust. Vacuum or shampoo carpets thoroughly. Running air filters can also help catch any leftover dust particles floating around.
