PROFESSIONAL WORK, QUICK RESPONSE TIME, ON TIME ON BUDGET
"We have been renovating and flipping houses for more than 30 years, and we have never been as impressed with the contracting firm as we are with Villatoro Construction. At the end of our renovation, there wasn't an area of our house that wasn't touched in some way. They were consistently the best. They were able to start work quickly, showed up as promised, and worked full days. They paid so much attention to detail, ensuring that everything was perfect. They were as invested as we were in ensuring that our home looked amazing. We were blown away when we came home one day to see they had pulled out dead bushes and were trimming others.Ã Â We hired Villatoro to remove aluminum siding, add insulation, install hardyboard, pressure washed, all exterior painting and internal painting, and onstalled shutters. They repaired damage to several walls and ceilings, they refinishing our wood floors, they added recessed lights and replaced other recessed lights to more modern profile LEDs. They installed three new doors and three new large custom windows.Ã Â They replaced molding were needed and rebuilt our damaged side porch. Every trade was curious, efficient, and personable. They became family, and we were genuinely sad to see them go at the end of the project. Obviously, we can not recommend them enough. Please free free to call or ride by our home. "We had the pleasure of having the CEO of Odio Custom Builders personally build our custom laundry/pantry cabinets. Our Washer and Dryer were stuck in our Kitchen ever since we moved in. It was always an eye sore and was always loud when I had to run a load. After reaching out to Odio Custom Builders, the CEO, Will Odio, responded with an amazing plan to extend our wall into the garage to fit our washer and dryer behind Custom Built Cabinets. I had talked to several contractors before and they never had an idea like this nor did they seem interested to come up with a solution to solve this problem. I'm beyond pleased and more than satisfied with how our Custom Laundry/Pantry Cabinets turned out. Go check out Odio Custom Builders Instagram if you'd like to see the amazing results!!! I can't say enough good things about them!! If you're deciding on who to hire for your next project, look no further!! You will not be disappointed with the excellent work of Odio Custom Builders."

"We are thrilled with our recent bathroom remodel. We had our builder-grade tub converted to a walk in shower, with new tile, fixtures, and hardware throughout the bathroom. Clinton did a fantastic job listening to what we wanted and walking us through every option and decision. The entire team did a great job executing our vision. The quality and attention to detail were stellar. To mention some minor cons, our initial experience with the sales team was frustrating, and we would have preferred to communicate directly with the project manager much earlier in the process. The job also ended up taking significantly longer than expected, but this was mostly due to unanticipated structural issues. The final product was worth these issues. We definitely plan to work with Raybrook again and would recommend them to anyone."

"After the initial consultation, Dennis drafted a design that encompassed what I desired for that outdoor space. From start to finish, they were readily available to answer questions or address any concerns. There is one more phase to this project and I am very pleased with the workmanship."

"I have been working with contractors since the year 2000 and this was the first time I have enjoyed working with a contractor. He was professional, honest, helpful, trustworthy, responsive, and made sure all of our concerns were considered and explained until we were satisfied. He was very personable and had great customer service skills - it actually felt like working with an old friend, but even better. If I had any other projects, I would not hesitate to contact Al R. from Vicars!!!"

HomeAdvisor makes it easy to connect with pros near you. You can read reviews, get quotes and book appointments all in one place.
Depending on the type of project, you may find subtle differences in the hiring process. Here’s a look at task-specific advice.
You can use HomeAdvisor to help evaluate a contractor’s qualifications. We put pros through a screening process, and award badges to high-performing contractors. You can find these badges on a pro’s HomeAdvisor profile, and sometimes, his or her website.
Your research doesn’t stop here. Once you’ve found a few prospective companies, make an call to ask a few questions about work history, licensure and more:
In most cases, the responses you get to these three questions will give you a very good idea of the right pro for your project. If you have more than one front-runner, these additional questions can help you narrow it down.
Any good contractor will answer these questions, and most will appreciate dealing with a client that takes such an active interest in finding good service. On the other hand, if a contractor gives you a hard time with these questions, you probably want to find someone else.
