"From the start his super friendly and a great personality. He gave me so ideas on what would look great for the house and he also his work is top tier. He did some framing for me and also my roofing. He did some trim, siding, installing doors, a deck that I wanted, and some plumbing. Anything his does is great quality and will last. Also his price for what I wanted to be done to the house was great. I tried others but their prices were higher than my budget. "Mr Mike came to my to rental property to do some major carpentry work. From the floors to kitchen and bathroom remodel, he did a great job - this was a time and material job as I did not know how the money flow goes. Every week I had my invoice with supporting documents. Everything was straight forward - he had the crew there, the dumpster , porto-let and all what was needed to start. I even went to check his insurance myself (even though he did had it send from the insurance company), as I do no not trust anybody.
