Like many renovation projects unforeseen issues can arise, Nik took a practical but proactive approach to assure the job was done to a high standard. He did what he said he would and more and I was happy to pay for the extra efforts and felt that it was completely reasonable based on fact he needed more materials and was probably on site for at least another full day than intended. Itâ s clear that Nik cares about his customers and willing to go the extra mile to make sure they are satisfied.
