They will tell you something over the phone, then when you follow-up, they will magically lose all records of prior conversations. Now in Feb, was told the windows would not be ready until end of March (total of nearly 11 weeks since order). We had worked with Stellar Painting before when our insurance company paid for a door and window repair. After a phenomenal job and a great experience, I called them again to see if, by some miracle, they could handle a list of repairs for the exterior of our home. After coming out, giving an estimate, and providing a start time - I couldn't believe how quickly everything was done! They fixed everything (and that was one heck of a list)!
