They came out to the property, quickly provided a quote via email, and then followed up with a packet of information and the quote via mail shortly thereafter. They showed up on the scheduled day, at the scheduled time and even finished the work a day earlier than anticipated. We had a brand new system installed which consisted of 12 zones and 62 sprinkler heads and they completed the project in a day with shockingly little damage to the yard. All of the workers were polite and worked hard all day to get it done for us - they even did a couple of extra things for us that we were not charged for. Overall, an excellent experience and we plan to use Grasshopper to expand our scope of work in the future."

They were forthcoming with lots of information regarding looking after our grass in order to obtain the best results. "We were extremely happy with the work, approach and price.  From the very first contact George was friendly, knowledgeable and professional.  He came over, did a proper review of the locations where the TV's were to be installed and gave us good idea's and advice on how to hide the boxes in the kitchen together with his written proposal via email.
Also I liked the fact he did not push to supply the various pieces of equipment and was happy for us to choose what he provided versus what we bought and provided.  He gave us good advice on what TV's/Speakers to go for and respected the budget we wanted to work within.
On the day of the job itself George and his co-worker arrived on time, were very tidy and also gave us an accurate estimation of how long it would take to finish the work.  Throughout the process George gave us good advice and wad a pleasure to work with.  I would highly recommend this company.

I paid less money than if I had gotten a dumpster because a dumpster charges by weight and since it snowed and rained, everything in the bag was wet - I would have paid a fortune!!! With the bullbag, I paid one set price and the cool part: I got the bag back to refill again and again. This company also recycles most of what is collected so less ends up in a landfill.
