This left spaces that we were not able to seal up. They came out and made them functional by eliminating any drafting or water leaking issues we had as well as trimmed the outsides so they looked like the rest of the house.

"Above does not list all of the repairs made.  This home belonged to my father.  He had let things go.  I had them inspect all the of plumbing.  The carefully explained and showed me all of the problems they found.  Plumber and helper worked for 1 1/2 days to complete all the repairs.  They were obviously very knowledgable and worked steadily.  I'm surprised that the only break they took on a job this size was for lunch.  I have used them several times in the past on my own home and have always been happy with them.  I would definately recommend them.

"1) Outside faucet was replaced and works great. 2) Tech found and removed a bit of plastic that we couldn't find. Noise gone. 3) Problem determined to be a bad solenoid. He didn't have the part but he did put me in touch with Delta to order it. I'll have to put it in myself or pay another service call. 4) Tried to repair with new flapper balls (which I had already tried). Dye revealed slow leak continued, so he replaced one entire flush assembly which stopped the leak. He only had one kit on his truck though, so the other one I will have to replace. That's annoying. The professionalism downgrade is due to 1) the wet-vac he used to suck water out of the toilet tank sprayed fine drops of wet, greasy water across my bathroom. I was right there and cleaned it up in a few minutes with paper towels (and threw the dirtied rug in the washer). I told him it was no big deal, but it was annoying that he didn't apologize. He just said "it has a filter" like it hadn't just happened right in front of me. 2) He later dribbled a little blue-dyed water across the clean upstairs bathroom floor as he was going back out to his truck. My wife found it and was angrily asking me what happened (upstairs) when he came back in. He yelled "because I'm an idiot" and went upstairs. I thought that was his way of apologizing but no -- he was angry because he wrongly thought my wife called him that. She didn't, and she told him so. He said "I thought that's what I heard". My wife was so upset at being falsely accused she left the house. When he was all done and ready to leave I confronted him on this, telling him I was there and my wife did not call him an idiot and that she is not one to say such things. He finally apologized, but my wife wasn't there to hear it. Finally, he spent 15 minutes or more working up the bill. I thought I would get details on what each repair cost, but the receipt only had totals. I thought it was a little expensive, but I don't have much experience with plumbing costs. I was happy to get 10% off because we are also an HVAC customer."

"Arrived on time got right to work trying to clear a frozen septic drain line. Determined it might damage pipes so advised me to let them thaw out 1st.
Then went to my dads house and fixed a copper water supply pipe leak inside the wall under the kitchen sink. Very proficient finished job and cleaned up all the mess. Checked for leaks thoroughly got paid then left.

"First, they didn't show up on time. 2 hours later, I called them. They told me they had several workers off and were getting behind. The person told me he'd call me back after he checked with the employee who was scheduled to come. He didn't call me back, so after another hour I called. He apologized and said the agent was on a water heater leak that turned into a water heater replacement. Promised he'd be here by 4 pm. At 4, a young man showed up who was very polite and took apart the bad outside faucet that needed repair. He said he didn't have the replacement parts with him, but would come back first thing tomorrow morning. He quote a fair price, so I agreed, even though we'd been inconvenienced for 4 hours by this time. Next day (today) another plumber shows up, very personable and polite. He seemed to be much more experienced than the young man who had come yesterday, and he was familiar with our "case". Replacement cores for our sillcock are no longer available. He'd brought a new one, but it wouldn't fit the old outer pipe. But, within about an hour he had "rebuilt" the old sillcock to our satisfaction; cleaned, new washers, new handle. And the price was the same as quoted. This company does good work for a fair price, and tries to keep costs down. They just have trouble handing all the business they have in a timely manner."
