"Stace was quick to reply and came out and gave me a quote for partial exterior painting of my house where paint had started to peel. Because of the weather and our schedules, he could not do the job right away but kept in touch with me which I really appreciated. He subcontracted someone else to replace an overhang panel that had water damageâ¦he did a great job too. Once that was done, Stace scheduled to come out and did the painting. Great job! (scraped, primed bare wood areas, and repainted with matched paint (2-colors) from H.I.S.âpreviously I had used Sherwin Williams and had the name/formula but was more expensive! ) He said H.I.S was a good quality paint too. The only thing I would have liked is for him to have done two coats of paint instead of just one...the only reason for 4.5 rating and not a 5! Iâm very particular about things but Stace was courteous, patient, and answered all my questionsâ¦very pleasant to work with. Thank you!"

He did a outstanding job for me and that's why we had him back just now to repaint or garage and remove the popcorn ceilings and he had a crew led by Eric redo our floors and apply the epoxy flooring which looks amazing! They both did great jobs. Miguel is a great guy to work with and keeps you updated and informed every step of the way and will take care of anything you ask him to. My daughter and several of her friends have used him as well. Great guy great job done!"

"Everything seemed fine at first and the estimate was priced low to get the job apparently. Andy was nice and cordial and seemed trustworthy. His crew showed up early ready to work but unfortunately, they all looked like illegals and only one of three spoke English. They broke the entire concrete corner off the steps to the porch and the railing and then balanced it back in place and then pretended nothing happened, the wrought iron got damaged in a couple other places as well. The original estimate was for $1,400.00 at the end of the day Andy showed back up and hit me up for an additional $ 994.94 without any warning about the price going up in advance. So, they did get the job done but it certainly was not perfection, and the original estimate was more in line with their skill level and quality of their work, I was irritated about the massive price increase and finding the broken things after they were gone. "
