Custom One must competently fix the tape, texture, bull- nosed corners, paint whereas their workers have failed to do so properly and in professional manner, or Custom One will refund client in the amount of $2500. All work must pass final City of Oklahoma City inspection schedule, to include but not limited to: electric, plumbing, HVAC,…. Custom One must complete a proper final cleaning of finished area or shall pay client in the amount of $500. If Custom One cannot fulfill these terms, the client seeks to void contract with Custom One and shall be refunded in the amount of $35,000."

"The service was great. But I did choke a little at the price. I needed a faucet replaced in my kitchen. it was peculiar the way it was installed and they ended up having to cut it out. It cost me 534 dollars to have the old one removed and the new one installed. I'm not sure what the normal price is honestly, That may be the going normal price for that job. In the end I chose to have them do it so please don't think I'm complaining. I just wanted to inform other people of what I paid. The person doing the work was wonderful and pleasant. He came in and got the job done in about 30 minutes. I have no complaints about the service it was great."

"This was amazing! I had no idea this service existed. After searching and contacting various repair places for my washer, this was the most cost effective option. I figured if it didn't work, my machine is old and I would be out $40, not the $100+ to have a tech come out and just diagnose the problem. I am pretty handy and my washer is old anyway, so if it is broken, I have to get a new one anyway. My tech, Steve, was great! He predicted what was wrong after listening to the machine, calmly walked me through dismantling the machine and when we got down to the motor, he was right! He sent me a link to the part I would need, and let me know to contact them again if I needed help installing it. My machine works even better than before it broke, its beautifully quiet and efficient. I will definitely be saving this company for any future repairs on appliances I may need. The service was $40 + the part cost, which was about $8."
