Charged far more than verbally quoted. Rather than be truthful this ?contractor? just decided to start threatening to do damage to my property. Will be filing a complaint with CCB. Avoid this one. He?s a scammer. (Trying to charge twice what others quoted). Run!"

They got us on their schedule quickly, as it was already the rainy season, and the 4 man crew did the job efficiently: arrived on time, repaired our leaks, pulled out and replaced the wet insulation in the attic and got it closed up and re-roofed by mid afternoon. Would recommend them to others!"

"I had come across Looking Up Roofing, LLC while searching for local contractor reviews. Every review of theirs I found was very positive, so I was planning on reaching out to them. They beat me to it by contacting me first since they had gotten my name from searching on Angi. We scheduled an inspection right away and Lisa and Johnny showed up a few days later. I instantly got a good feeling that they cared about our situation. Lisa gave me a fast and fair quote. As I felt I needed to secure one more quote to complete my 3 quote comparison, Lisa kept in touch with follow ups along the way. I ultimately chose Looking Up because of their follow through and they walked me through the process, materials, and time frame. We scheduled the installation for the next dry day and they did our small house in one day as promised. They sent me pics and vids of our roof before and after the process, they did a great job! Alywin's Crews were on time and cleaned up as they went, provided protection for our plantings, and did a complete sweep for nails and other debris when finished.
