"Hired Appliance Magician to service a GE Refrigerator that was not cooling properly. The technician", Artem Hxxxxxx, arrive on time and I immediately knew there was a problem as he did NOT speak English - Also, he did not know how to service my refrigerator - He spent 90% of the time on his cell phone getting instructions from his boss - He never checked the diagnostic service codes on my refrigerator and I could not t ask him to check them as we could not communicate. After 45 minutes of removing panels in my fridge and looking at things , he handed me his phone to talk with his boss (who talked in very broken English) who told me my defrost heater was broken and the fridge could be repaired for ;about $750 . My fridge had no frost/ice build-upo on any coils he checked, nor was there any water in the case, which my limited knowledge told me was not compatible with his diagnosis. I feel I was ripped off of the $69 trip charge as nothing was done, Company NOT vetted!!!"

We were well informed of the progress. His crew did an excellent and clean job, working long hours getting the job done. Including excavated to a depth of 10 feet, patched up our concrete driveway and patched up the AC roadway nicely. Wesley even found time to replace our kitchen faucet and under drain without extra charge. Don’t believe he would be the cheapest initial estimate you would get. "We were very happy with the work done by Horizon Construction on our remodeling project. We love our 1954 suburban home, but the two bathrooms were in serious need of updating. Horizon started work and we immediately knew we were in good hands. The workmanship on the floor and shower tile was superb. In our master bath we had custom tiles installed in the shampoo shelf that made our shower really shine. The workers in charge of painting, vanity installation and plumbing were very friendly and professional. We felt very comfortable having them in our house. They answered questions and communicated their progress to us. The overall job was done in a timely manner and we were always informed of any delays. David the project manager kept us updated throughout the entire process and helped us to realize our vision of a southwestern style guest bathroom. He took care of all the paperwork with our city's permit process. We were given notice of any delays and he responded to texts immediately. On one occasion, while we were shopping for vanities at a local warehouse, he texted with us for over half an hour to make sure we got the right one. Halfway through the project we decided to re-pipe our entire house and David made that happen. His plumbing crew had the re-pipe done in two days.
