"Beware of this appliance repair company! They claim to be experts but have no idea what theyre doing. We hired them to fix our leaking thermador refrigerator. After the first visit, they said we had to replace a specific part. They came with the wrong part then another visit with the supposed correct one. We paid for the part and service charge and the leak continued. They came back and said we had to replace another part which we did an again paid for the part and repair. The issue persisted. They came back and said we had to replace another part which we did. It still didn?t resolve the issue. Finally they said leave your fridge open for 48 hours and it?ll resolve itself. Months later, and endless back and forth with them including about 10 visits we STILL have a leaking fridges we paid so much $$ changed parts that didn?t need to be changed and are at the same point we started before calling them. They are also incredibly rude and condescending. Stay away!"

Flooring, cabinets, countertops, appliances, crown molding etc. It was a complicated job because my apartment/walls are uneven but his skill and vision made it all work better than I ever expected. Mike's helper/son Michael is also a great friendly guy who is very respectful and skilled. I guess he is learning for from his pops. If I can describe Portchester Connection in 2 words it would be OLD SCHOOL. He's hands-on and is at the project at all times. A handshake is a deal to him and I felt like he was family a week into the project. I would never use anyone else and highly recommend them"
