Excellent craftsmanship from detailed-oriented technicians. They explained everything they were doing and understood the challenge of being at a home without hot water. Highly recommend them!"

"They installed our unit in March 2015, and the unit induced motor was found to be defective in Nov 2015. They not only charged us for the service call but also charged us for the part which was under warranty. It was very unprofessional. The same part after less than 5 years failed again, and they took no responsibility for their workmanship. Customer service Person does not deal with the customer on the request. This time again they were charging us for the defective part and exorbitantly for the service call under the pretext that we did not sign a maintenance contract with them. So we did not finally go with them but went with another vendor who is far better and professional."

"I’m not sure my words can express just how grateful we are to James from Morris Mechanical. Our AC died during this last heatwave at 4 A.M. and he responded immediately. He offered to come at 8. He was punctual, polite, and knowledgeable. What we hoped would be an easy quick fix was in fact not in the cards for us. He helped us understand our options, how the A/C unit functions and although he had other calls came back the same day to install a new unit and coils. Although I’m not thrilled with having to replace these items, I am thrilled that it was James who did it. We have tried 4 different hvac companies in the 5 years we have lived in our home and we will not use anyone other than james going forward."

Not only is the team responsive, polite, and professional, they have a great understanding of the latest HVAC technology and always recommend the best equipment. I recently had the company replace my downstairs HVAC system under the Carrier Cool Cash and PSEG Instant Rebates programs.
