Len had great suggestions, and, in the end, Len renovated my entire condo from custom made fireplace with mantle and ceramic tile, high hats to cornice lighting, to back splashes, wainscoting, crown molding, chair rails, baseboards, drywall, everything. Price was very fair. John’s communication was constant and always appreciated. I also appreciated that he walked the job before and after to make sure I was happy with what I was getting.
