Sergio came out multiple times over a 2 month planning period for a large scale project involving the beautification and redesign of our seawall landscaping at our condo common area. Multiple options discussed and seeing this was a job that needed to be done by manual labor no machines could get back there it was a daunting task to say the least. Sergio (The owner).. His father and his screw excavated the area - leveled the area and dug and sloped it to our engineers specifications. They then by hand moved in all the rock - stepping stones - edging etc. and moved it in to place graded it accordingly and then removed all the old debris, soil and whatnot.
