They added windows, door, made handicapped accessible, painted, replaced old stairs etc. Communication with Bill was done through out the project. He did not finish painting either and was sloppy with the work he did get done. He was always leaving and coming back. Oh and HE DOES NOT HAVE INSURANCE!! Beware please!!"
