"Cecil, gave a timely estimated time of arrival. Went above and beyond in not only fixing what I called him out for, but helped me locate the water shutoff, besides turning off at the meter as I was doing. Reasonably priced, kept area neat as he was working. Gave a explanation of what he found and options to handle it. Cleaned up after himself and has a very personable approach. I felt like he was giving me the same treatment he would give to his father! I look forward to working with Passman plumbing again, as I do some remodeling and will use him for the future project."

"Alex (Project Manager) and his team were very Professional and did an outstanding job from start to finish! Alex was quick to contact me and set up a convenient appointment time to meet that fit my busy schedule. He was very knowledgeable and gave us a timeline with exact dates and times that his team would start and finish. His costs were very reasonable and on par with other estimates. This was right before Thanksgiving and his team was able to finish up right in time for the holiday. The painters were very meticulous, worked extremely hard, and cleaned up everything everyday. I cannot say enough about the great service we received. We will definitely use them again. Thank you."
