He explained the process of the installation, how long the project would take, etc. He was in communication with me and gave me updates as the project moved forward. Gary is very personable, reliable and I got the sense that he truly enjoys meeting people and takes pride in providing excellent workmanship. I cant say enough good things about the installer.
