I scheduled the work and could not be happier with the outcome! Sections of the tile shower needed to be re-grouted, the glass shower door needed to be sealed, the marble seat and shelves needed re-caulking and some of the tile floor needed to be re-grouted. "Mike is the best contractor we have had the opportunity to work with. We were skeptical at first because most other contractors we have worked with over promise and under perform, as well as do not return phone calls / emails. Not Mike. For our kitchen project, he went out of his way to insure every piece of the project was finished and passed his own QC (which in many cases was more stringent than our own QC). He came up with a few ideas that really made the project shine (like the addition of an archway to separate two ceiling heights). Mike also was not afraid to express his opinion based on his experiences and this saved us a lot of time and money. Mike always told you what he was doing, when it would be done and what the next day consisted of so you could prepare yourself. His helper (also named Mike), is also a professional. Care was taken to insure proper set up and take down of anything needing to be installed. Each day, the job site would be cleaned to make the rest of the house more livable during construction. We are extremely impressed with the work and talents of Mike Carlon and are very happy we had him complete our kitchen remodel.
