"Mike is the best contractor we have had the opportunity to work with. We were skeptical at first because most other contractors we have worked with over promise and under perform, as well as do not return phone calls / emails. Not Mike. For our kitchen project, he went out of his way to insure every piece of the project was finished and passed his own QC (which in many cases was more stringent than our own QC). He came up with a few ideas that really made the project shine (like the addition of an archway to separate two ceiling heights). Mike also was not afraid to express his opinion based on his experiences and this saved us a lot of time and money. Mike always told you what he was doing, when it would be done and what the next day consisted of so you could prepare yourself. His helper (also named Mike), is also a professional. Care was taken to insure proper set up and take down of anything needing to be installed. Each day, the job site would be cleaned to make the rest of the house more livable during construction. "We were given JC Rocha's number by my Angi rep, and Bruno returned my message very quickly and scheduled a visit to see about replacing our flood-damaged basement wood floor. It turned out that Bruno arrived about the same time that the insurance adjuster did, and when I pointed out to the adjuster the water damage to the walls as well as the floor, he asked Bruno if that was something that they might be able to handle as well, and he replied that their Mult Flooring company is partnered with JC Rocha and they could also quote me for the wall repairs. Bruno took measurements, went over various options, and left me some samples of vinyl plank flooring. He also let me know about their showroom where we could visit and see other samples.
