We have certified ASCS (Air System Cleaning Specialists) for air duct cleaning. That certification is by NADCA, the National Air Duct Cleaners Association. In addition our technicians are certified in dryer vent exhaust cleaning by the Chimney Safety Institute of America, CSIA. "We're bringing honesty and trust back to duct cleaning." No bait and switch pricing...EVER! We also provide easy over the phone pricing for residential homes. All we need is the square footage of the home and a few other details. This makes quoting for you and ZACH-VAC easy. We also provide remediation for mold inside of ducts and offer encapsulation so it doesn't return. Our HVAC partners trust us to clean their customer's ducts, so you should too! **BEWARE OF ROTOBRUSH, RAM AIR SYSTEMS, and other shop vac style "cleanings" ** These aren't used by any reputable company.

"I'm afraid we'd have to give this company a low/fair rating. Two guys came to clean our ductwork, and while their attitudes were helpful enough, they simply didn't have sufficient training to do the job. In addition, no one ever called to confirm the appointment the day before (my wife had to call them), and when they passed the 10-12 arrival time, we received no call letting us know they would be late. Not very professional!! When they arrived, we had all the furniture moved and assisted in directing to the furnace and resisters ?! Right from the beginning, their hose didn't adapt to our filter housing (needed an adapter). The tech asked if he could cut a hole in our ductwork ?! "NO", so I made a adapter with cardboard, cutting to the size of the opening and hose ?! They seemed to have trouble removing some grills, so I loaned them a screwdriver and a box cutter. Finally, after they left, I noticed that they changed out my filter which when I checked it, the new one was put in wrong, upside down and didn't mark the date ?! The two, service techs seemed very "green", but friendly. Unfortunately, "you get what you pay for" and I would not hire again"

"Needed my dryer vent cleaned. When Ned called I explained to him that I had two 90 degree angles. He assured me he had all the equipment needed to handle this job. When the two men arrived my husband showed them a picture of the two angles in the vent. One guy didn't speak english and walked away. Didn't even want to look at the picture. The other guy who spoke limited english just told us to call his boss. We told him his boss had already assured us they could do the job. Now for all the equipment they brought - a generator that they couldn't even get started. We have an outlet out back and told them to use it. They then just put a small hose in the vent which was blowing air. I was in the closet with the dryer and could hear the hose as it came in. It stopped at the first angle and couldn't bend to go any further. They then left. I was also told that they would bag up any lint that came out on the lawn. Big surprise - there wasn't any. My vent is still clogged."
