It could not have looked better from what it previously looked like and is no longer an embarrassment. Dan has also done some odds and ends jobs here and there to get our house ready to sell and he fit us in where he could to get work with our timeline. Originally Pro Build was contracted to replace only the deck boards and stair structure. After demolition it was clear to me that most of the deck structure would need to be replaced. The biggest, and only, headache we encountered was waiting for inspections from our town, which is completely out of Basic Basements' control. We are very pleased and would 100% use them again."
