They not only came out the same day that I called, but answered all of my questions and came in with a quote that was half what a larger chain gave us. They were able to come out 3 days after, to replace our unit. They were on time, respectful of our home, and took the time to make sure we understood what was being done and how our new water heater worked. And even when literally a half hour later I called with more questions; took the time to come back over, double check everything, answer my questions, and tweak the system at no cost. Would recommend and use again."

"Haller removed an old ac system and replaced it with a heat pump. The work included installing an additional return in the family room (split level home) to return air from the lowest point in the house. The crew was knowledgable, their work was neat, and they cleaned up at the end of the day. The work was completed in 2 days and the new Carrier system works great so far. Looking forward to see how it performs next fall and winter."
