"LVP looks great and tile in the kitchen look great but the trim and baseboards were not finished and I had to have another contractor come in and install them. The stairwell was sanded and stained and I was told they could match the stain for the stairs to the LVP and that wasn’t true either. The stairs came out pink. Now I’m having another contractor come in and fix. I would not recommend to a friend."

The best way to contact them is to schedule a service call on their web site, and they will call you back in short order. Their base trip charge of $69 + tax is a bargain. (The OEM's trip charge is $110). I would not hesitate to call 123 Appliance in the future."
