"Mark did a wonderful job. We had a heavy traffic area that was stained pretty good. He was able to remove the stain and the carpet looks new. Also, one of our carpets needed to be stretched. Mark came back the following week per our agreement and steam stretched the carpet. Thank you Mark for your courtesy and professionalism while in our home. Greatly appreciate you!"
