I called post visit as they have a 100% satisfaction guarantee - I guess that is false advertising. They said the person who did yard thought the thatch cut into how deep holes went. Must be strongest, thickest thatch on earth. And weird was 100% uniform hole depth in yard - doubt whole yard was thatch. Such a waste of money and now can't do again until next fall. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. They obviously pass out big discounts to aerate and do a brutal job - guy was here for 20 minutes. What a joke."

I never heard back by Thursday on when they would be out. Got in touch with them again and they said it was never possible for them to be here before Saturday. By that time I couldn’t get any company out and me and my guests were eaten alive by mosquitoes. I now hear they will be here tomorrow, at this point I am extremely upset and will never schedule service with them again."
