The only thing I had a small issue,when they do shiners they should make sure they go over the shiners twice to make sure they're all gone. I applaud his honesty in: - identifying a more extensive problem and offering a solution which had to be done by another contractor before he could proceed wth his projected work, instead of just doing a "band-aid" fix - promptly following up once the subfloor had been repaired. - being courteous and respectful during the job and cleaning up thoroughly once the job was completed I would use him for any floor job I have in the future."
