"I can’t say enough about the customer service and quality of work that Stefan provided. He was quick to answer my inquiry, followed up and rescheduled without a problem when I had to change dates at the very last minute. He was punctual and professional and cleaned, what I thought to be the “un-cleanable” - a large microfiber sectional that I had relinquished to my large hound after claiming defeat. Not only was the the work fast and excellent, but after they had finished and cleaned their machine, I remembered that I had another handful of large cushions that I had long ago taken off the couch and put away. I felt so badly, I told them not to worry about them, but Stefan graciously insisted they be cleaned even though it meant setting up and cleaning their machine again. The value for the money was beyond my expectations. Without a doubt, I will have Stefan back for all my carpet and upholstery needs in the future. Thank you again, Stefan!"
