"I hired Chris to come out and investigate why we had no cooling on our upper floor. The system was around 5 years old, so we figured it may be low on freon. Of course it happened on one of the hottest days. Chris arrived early in my time window. Poor guy crawled into my hot attic. Within a couple minutes he was sending me a picture of why it wouldn't cool. Coil had a decent size hole. Good thing we had a warranty.I knew little about the warranty process, but Chris knew everything I needed and he took care of the paperwork. He called to find a replacement while here and got us a new Coil. He had to go way out of his way to get the coil. But he did and was here the next morning and we had cooling in a few hours. When you talk to Chris about HVAC, you can tell he is passionate about what he does. The major thing is he is as HONEST as he is passionate. I have recommended him to friends and they always call to thank me after he leaves! I will never use anyone else!!"
