"1. Although the work was eventually almost completed, it was a very long and frustrating experience for us. In fact, it took a large part of the summer, instead of just a couple of weeks. Kris turned out to be extremely unreliable and unable to stick to a schedule. He just showed up whenever he pleased. Even when he promised to show up on a certain day, he rarely did so. There were endless excuses, and sometimes none at all: he simply did not show up and never bothered to call. 2. Kris did not replace all the boards that needed to be replaced. He simply painted over the rough and/or cracked surfaces. We were left with a deck that still needs many boards replaced. 3. Kris never finished properly installing the gate. We made numerous calls asking him to come back. He came once, said he needed other hardware and that he would be back. Despite many calls reminding him of the unfinished job, he never showed up. Ultimately, we were left with an improperly installed gate. To sum up, It was a drawn out and frustrating experience that no homeowner should ever have to go through. Then sprayed water on the cricket, water came in. Exterior Medics would not admit any fault. Had it repaired, no leak, no problem since then.
