"I had a bathtub reglazed. Within six months it started to peel. Despite one year warranty, Tom accused me of purposely damaging the tub and refused to repair or reglaze it without charging me more than double the original price. He then never returned my calls. Falsely advertises warranties and then gets nasty when you outreach for repair. Shameful"
