"Jerezee Construction was as great as an experience as anyone can have. Yaneer was the project manager and was easy to work with. He checked in every day during the project, indicating what had been done and what is going to be done the following days and was present during most days. My remodel consisted of pulling all the carpet in the 4 bedrooms, re-laying laminate, painting the entire house except laundry and 2 bathrooms and painted an accent wall. They were able to match the existing paint in the bathrooms and paint a 3rd bathroom. They put wainscoting in all the bathrooms and added grab bars in the showers. They pulled all the existing granite and replaced with quartz as well as in the master bathroom and did not damage the cabinets. Pulling the granite in the master bath they damaged the wall mirrors and both sinks. They did tell me in advance this would occur; however, not during the contract signing so that was a lot of money I did not anticipate spending to replace them. They added tile backsplash in the kitchen. They moved the furniture and replaced back the furniture when the job was done. I went $7865 over budget. Not their fault. When signing the contract I was told materials would be about $10,000-$15,000 depending on the materials I selected. Materials were $16,865. ADVICE: For the expensive materials; ie: quartz, tile and floor, select them first before signing contract so you get a good idea of your budget. I would definitely use them again. We interviewed 4 contractors. They and another contractor were the highest (estimated the same amount) and well worth the money. The demo start date was Oct 9th, 2023 and the job ended Nov 9th. They do not start the job until all the materials are in. ADVICE: Communication is extremely important. Never assume anything and be very clear on what you want. I wasn't clear on the wainscoting and they redid all of it without charging again for the labor. They also repainted the island for me. I didn't like the original color I selected. They're Awesome!"
