Once it was dried out and floors pick they quickly got it ordered and got to work on putting in new floors. Matt and his team went above and beyond on our project. The end result was better that I expected. Matt made sure we understood everything and took the time to explain everything that was going to be done and answered any questions we had. Can’t wait for the next project so we can have them come back. Hopefully not starting with a leak next time."

"Scheduled an appoint to meet an estimator at my duplex. Called 2 1/2 hours prior and spoke with the receptionist. Confirmed I would be there at 4pm. Sat for 1/2 hour past scheduled time. No call or text from them. Called their office and there was a voice mail a week old. Left a message about what happened and that I was leaving for home and would find someone else. Worst customer service ever."
