On Dec. 22nd, they re-flashed portions of the roof, and asked me to Zelle them the funds. I sent them the additional money and they did "something" that did NOT fix the issue and the ceiling is only getting worse. On Feb. 17th, I reported that the issue was not resolved, and on Feb. 21st, Tony apologized and said he had family issues and apologized for not responded. He has since gone dark and no longer responds.
