Carefully recovered, replaced the lining, drains, filter, electrical, provided gas pump, and worked with gas company to ensure all was safe. We needed a new cover, they also serviced the pool weekly. Finally the nightmare we started out with turned out to be an oasis in our backyard. "The two man team (3 hours) showed up on time as promised. First they told me that the labor didn't include the tools (eg blower etc) but when I told them I confirmed with the office person in advance this was included they brought their tools out. Don't know what the purpose of this move was. Overall the service was great, the two people they sent worked very hard (it was a hot day, very hot) and did a great job but I noticed towards the end of the job about 30 mins before they were already winding down as they also needed to cleanup. Overall very pleased with the price and the service and great people who serviced our landscape"

"I have had them for 19 years. I have had a number of issues, primarily with my air conditioning systems. It can be really costly to repair, so I have kept my policy intact. They have also made repairs to my microwave oven, my garage door a couple of times, plumbing, and electrical. They are always there for me and have been pretty responsive to get somebody to come out and fix whatever is broken. It can be as quick as the same day or 2-3 days later, it all depends on when I call and what type of service I am asking for. You have to go through a call center and push this and that. The call center could use some improvement. It's like a robo call. Once you talk to a human, they are pretty professional."
