"The first red flag is representing himself as Steve Perez on Angi’s list when in fact his name is Ziv. There’s the hard sell and false promises (finish a kitchen remodel in 5-6 weeks) when it took 4 months. Unprofessionalism is an understatement. He communicates through texting like a teenager and screams at the client when in fact errors are his fault or his sub-contractors. We provided appliance specs very early in the process and the electrician still made errors for which Ziv wanted us to pay for. The cabinets delivered were incomplete which he blamed on us. He demanded a final payment and threatened to put a lean on our house when the work was incomplete per the contract. Then Subs starting calling demanding payment which was resolved after we provided cashed checks to Sonart Construction. Don’t believe what I say. Read the BBB review complaints for a well-deserved F rating."

We manufacture all awnings in our 11,000 + sq ft warehouse, right here in South Florida and our installers are long time employees of the company. "I have patiently waited to see if they finally finish my job from September 2024, it is now March 26, 2025 and they continue to delay, excuse after excuse. Their focus is for commercial jobs, not residential. Residential work is pushed out without warning or communication until they have time. Their back-office team has no coordination or communication skills as I have to continually follow-up, and push for updates. The sales person I worked with is no longer with them, that is another story. Their install team (I had the Pergola installed, still waiting for other work), is excellent once they are scheduled. What is frustrating is that they require a large deposit up front and then sit on it for months before any progress is made. I DO NOT recommend Valrose for residential work at all."
