He listens then tells you pros and cons. Although very busy, you do not feel shortchanged if he needs to run to another emergency. He makes sure to be the first one to arrive, sets up his crew (excellent crew too), tells them exactly what & how he wants things done, & patient answering probably redundant questions. He is fair in pricing & gives good advice. His crew is skilled, quiet and fast. Do more than what is expected. In my case, they secured loose pipes, replaced pieces that were old, & even bought a dead radiator back to life (had not worked in years). Doc, the electrician wrapped things afterwards. Very thorough & organized and again, arrived when he said he would. The place was left clean and all debris & boiler was taken by them. I hit the lotto with Matty, one in a million!"
