"The service was good, it take a month before the job started. He provide d a very detailed plan of what to be done, the demolition started the day it was scheduled. They came in really early, they were very professional, they communicate really well and the craftsmanship was good. They were very clean during their job, they were very good at follow ups, the crew called to confirm that they were completing certain task of the day and update us to make sure we are happy with their work that was completed. We are really happy, they were very prompt and very timely."

"Practically begged this contractor to do my job, kept getting put off. Finally got him to show up for an estimate. A week later, when I still hadn't received the estimate, I had to call and follow up. We agreed on a price. The day he was to start, he showed up (late) and wanted over 50% of the estimate. I pointed out that the State Contractor's Licensing Board allows up to 10% of the job. Things went downhill after that. He became very confused about the job itself (though we'd been over it twice) and said he would return the following day. He never did and that was fine with me, but a colossal waste of my time. I encourage you to not waste yours and call another contractor."
