"Bill contacted me the same day I inquired on the project on home advisor. He came out, even in the evening, to do an estimate on a Friday and he ordered the needed shingles and plywood and began the project on Monday. The entire roof needed to be replaced as well as work done to repair the decking. His estimates were so accurate that the work (done by a crew of 16), was done in just one day. Bill did the job within the insurance estimate, except for replacing the rotten plywood, which insurance doesn't cover. Bill negotiated with the insurance company for additional work as needed and submitted all the paperwork to the insurance company. They paid within a week. Thus, I had to do nothing after my initial estimate from the insurance company. While insurance would only cover replacement of the cheaper three tab shingles, Bill did the job within their estimate with the more expensive textured (3D) shingles, which have a 30 year warranty. The work appears to be of the highest quality and even my neighbors commented on how good it looks. Cleanup was excellent, and there is no evidence they were even there, except for no more leaks!!"
