"Matt did great. Showed up on time and ready, as is usual with all the Streamline employes we've dealth with in the past. He inspected the units, talked with me about the status and the possible upcoming issues. Very personable and seemed to be well informed. "I highly recommend Apex-based "A. Maynor Heating & A/C", who replaced my furnace and the entire central air conditioning system (outside condenser unit, inside evaporator coil, and new refrigerant lines) on 7-17-2020 at my Cary house. I also had them install the new outside condenser unit on the opposite side of the house (where it's in the shade, able to operate more effectively) compared to where the original condenser was (in the direct sun). All of their personnel were very competent, polite, prompt, and a pleasure to interact with, from Christy & Tammy in the office, to Carlos & Louis who performed the initial inspection & diagnosis of the original system that had failed, to Norm who performed the house "load calculation", recommended the appropriate new system, and who (since he's a licensed electrician) modified the wiring at the electrical panel as needed for the new condenser location, to Ramon & Christian who performed the new installation, and to Robert who performed the post-installation check and installed a new condensate pump."

"TLDR: I’m very satisfied! I was in the market for a new HVAC system, so I started doing my research. I knew I wanted to spend a little more for a quality system, but the contractor installing and servicing it was more important. Someone can have the best system there is but if it’s not installed correctly there’s going to be problems. I got a few quotes from other contractors and all they did was look at my equipment briefly and give me the quote. Jordan P from Carolina Comfort Air came to my home and conducted an extensive calculation of my HVAC requirements that considered so many variables I lost count. He also noted that my duct work had been poorly installed, was the wrong size in certain spots, and would be inadequate for a new system. Jordan spent several hours at my home explaining everything to my wife and I, answering all our questions, and I felt confident this was the contractor for me. Some would consider the system I purchased to be expensive, but I wanted to ensure I was getting quality equipment and it would be properly installed to provide decades of problem-free performance. Plus, they offer a pretty sweet financing program and a stellar warranty. So I pulled the trigger and went with a full Trane system and to have my duct work fixed/upgraded. Jordan quickly had the job scheduled for the beginning of the following week. It was a very smooth process. When Rodolfo G promptly arrived the morning of the job start day, I could tell this was going to be a professional operation. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, and was more than happy to answer all my questions. His assistants Dean T, Brian S, Jeremy F and the electrician Jerry H were equally as professional in their demeanor and job performance. It was very hot both days and even hotter up in the attic, but these men busted their a**** to ensure I got the best service. Rodolfo made it a point to keep me informed on the progress of the install and briefed me before departing each day. Jordan A and Jordan P also stopped by at separate times to check on the progress and were kind enough to answer a few other questions I had. My wife and I were very impressed with how well everything went. Once the team had finished the install, Rodolfo gave me a few final notes on what they had done, showed me how to use my new Trane Smart Thermostats, answered a few more questions and they departed. I’m definitely a stickler for detail so I climbed up in the attic to see how it compared to what was up there before. I was blown away! The level of detail and quality of work was night and day better compared to the old system. The Trane air handler looks perfectly installed, all the way down to tape-labels to identify what each wire does, and the duct work was definitely overhauled and upgraded. Even my wife, who doesn’t know anything about HVAC stuff, said “WOW that looks awesome!” when she poked her head up there. And to top it off, the whole area was very clean. No leftover parts or trash from the previous system or from the installation of the new system. I could tell they took care in cleaning up after they were finished. Most folks who have had HVAC work done and actually look in their attic afterwards know this is uncommon. The outside heat pump unit was also professionally installed. Rodolfo replaced the old pad that the unit sits on and took the time to level-out the ground underneath to ensure everything was flat. The wiring and coolant piping installation looks very professional too and I can tell Rodolfo is a true master of his craft. Overall this was a very pleasurable experience. The whole team made everything very easy. I’m very happy with Carolina Comfort Air as a contractor and the quality of products and services they provide. I will be signing up for their maintenance program to ensure my equipment stays in good working order and provides me with many years of worry-free cooling and heating. I highly recommend this company to anyone in the market for HVAC services."

"Awesome! Fantastic! Better than expected! If I could give it a 10 star rating, I would! And I don’t give out 100% customer satisfaction reviews often, or for that matter, most times I am too busy to write reviews! I found Jon on FB through a friend whose AC was also broken. I messaged Jon early in the morning, prior to the start of business hours, and got a response immediately. He then personally came out to inspect the unit, and communicated with his technical team who then came out later on that day. The same praise goes to Brian, the tech, who was very efficient and thorough. He explained everything to me and provided me with valuable feedback as to what to look out for should I have any further issues in the future! My unit is only 3 years old and when I called the company who installed it, the earliest appointment I could get was a week out. Not cool during a very hot week! My advice is to give Comfort Monster a call first! You won’t be disappointed! Thank you ?, from a very happy customer"

"ARS is the HVAC service provider since we bought this house from the builder. Furthermore, ARS was the HVAC sub during its construction. This visit was to remove a worn-out humidifier, replace it, and replace a UV bulb. Jonathan was the technician. He provided excellent service."

"This is a response to a review that I did a couple of months ago. Even though I was upset with the service that I got from one of the text who I would call vindictive I wanted to the office that next morning, and I asked for a manager, and I got Mr. Curtis, and Mr. Curtis told me that he would come out to the house and he would bring a check with him and his name was Travis. And when I tell you that Mr. Curtis made me feel like he was a superman like he could just change everything and he , as a manager went up underneath my house to check and see if there was anything wrong the unit to see if there was anything wrong in it Iâ ll say Travis and also the inside of the house. And again I say, Mr. Curtis, Iâ ll give you a 10 for everything that you did , you change my mind about the way I felt about the service tech at Blantons and sometimes it takes just one to renew your faith and a thing even though my faith is in God but faith and people and I thank you for everything that you did Blantons truly has a jewel and Mr. Curtis and Travis too because heâ s good in his right But I think you not to say that I donâ t have a problem with the unit, but Iâ m satisfied. And thatâ s what Blantons says that theyâ ll do. Theyâ ll satisfy the customer again. I think you, Mr. Curtis you have my vote you Mr. Curtis did right by me thank you so much."

"My heating system stopped working. Blue Collar was able to make come to my house within the a couple of hours. He diagnosed that my unit needed to be replaced.
