Great White Mechanical is dishonest with its practices by (a) not disclosing service fees to potential customers prior to the technician's visit; (b) charging its customers an unreasonable service fee without performing any work/service whatsoever during the visit; and (c) falsely telling its customers that the service fee would be applied to the work they perform (i.e. a deposit) but not refunding the money when I found a less expensive contractor to assist me. When I asked for proof from Great White Mechanical that I consented to the service fee, I received radio silence on their end."
