"The initial deal included non-skid surface. The provider really pressed the idea of not doing the non-skid. I felt very pressured to make a decision on the spot. He should have mentioned this when we spoke on the phone before the work started. Initially the finish looked pretty good. It has been 6 months and there a few chips on the surface and I didn't even drop anything more than a plastic bottle in the tub.

"Our undermount sink separated from our quartz countertop. (Clips holding it gave way. No way to reattach.) Had someone out who pinpointed the problem but recommended a counter repair. I bought a new bigger overmount sink. Some problems with our phone number and doorbell meant he missed an appointment but promptly contacted us via email, he picked up the new sink we ordered that day and came late to install it for us. A late 3 hours later we had a lovely new sink. Good work and good follow through."

"We purchased beautiful granite from AMF. There were some issues with the installation. AMF attempted to resolve these issues. Understand that the granite you buy may not be sealed well. I would recommend buying a quality sealant and applying it yourself after the install. You should insist that all of the glue is removed before doing so. If you plan to have an overhang that is 12” or larger, be sure to install metal brackets for support prior to the installation. AMF will not install brackets for you. Also, run your hand across all of the edges to find any minor chips or cracks that need repair before the installers leave your residence. Check your dish washer to be sure that it is aligned evenly before the granite is glued on top of it. Lessons that you live and learn."

"Beyond four walls was originally hired to re-do my floors, which turned into gutting our house, reimagining the floor plan, remodeling two bathrooms, the kitchen and additional upgrades. The upgrades consisted of paint, insulation, a tankless hot water heater, pex water pipping, electrical outlets, lighting and the fuse box. We did so much I’m sure I’m missing things. Courtney and his family did all the work and we would hire them to do it again!"

He was able to offer good advice for questions we had about a step and transition strips (new tile to old concrete floor). After the install, we had two small issues due to irregularities in our floor (concrete), which Tony came and fixed: no questions asked!! He gave us a great price. He did a beautiful job.
