"Highly NOT Recommended! I have used Delaware Plumbing Professionals more than once. The first time, although not inexpensive, the job was done well. The second time, I called them to diagnose a problem with my sump pump. The pump was only one year old and was malfunctioning. I was told that, since they didn’t install the pump, the only option they could offer was to install a brand-new pump, which would cost around $2,000. I said, "Thank you," paid $65 for the visit, and that was it. The pump was later fixed with a simple tweak. Today, I called them for the third time to look at a leaking shower and a leaking garbage disposal. I was informed that to change the leaking gasket at the top of the disposal, they would charge me the price of a full disposal replacement, which is over $450, for less than one hour worth of work (I asked). As for the leaking shower, even though I clearly identified the leaking plunger (a $20 part), I was told they couldn’t address it and could only offer a replacement of the entire shower valve inside the wall, which I assume would be a job costing a few thousand dollars. Wasted another $65 for their useless visit."

"Fabulous! We needed our water conditioner serviced and other company wouldn't touch it because they didn't install it and just wanted to sell us a new one. Rebecca scheduled us for the following day! Steve Venditti was great, has 20 years of experience and knew what he was doing. He spoke with the manufacturer and they decided what needed to be done. He had the parts on his truck and 4 hours later the job was done. $500 included parts and labor and service call. Very fair price and excellent service. Totally professional. Highly recommend."

From beginning to end, Mike and his team were a pleasure to work with. We received detailed cost estimates that were accurate and competitive with other contractors we spoke to. The level of protection that was installed was top notch. We did not have any dust in areas outside of the work area and Mike and his team were always careful to clean and keep the protection clean which was fantastic. The quality of the work was excellent, I couldn’t find a single issue when work was complete. "I hired First State Bath for converting a bath tub to a walk-in shower. I feel so thankful to them from introduction through job completing. They listened carfully to my requests and proposed a small suggestion, but it turned out very special to my need. It was choice of 54" long instead of 60". It adds space for easy moving in the bathroom. It might have no impact to most people, but is very helpful and special in my situation. The project is worked out very well with on time, clean and high quality. They did great job at very reasonable cost."
