When we hired David, we requested the materials we had intended to use. Very kindly and professionally, he helped us to understand that some of what we had chosen wasn't necessary for what we wanted done. We're happy we took his advice because the porches and fence look beautiful and we're certain he saved us excessive costs on materials. The work is outstanding and the price a very good value.
