"Terrible customer service He created giant messes and lied to me on multiple occasions. I will say anything to get the project and not actually answer questions. When they came to give the quote, I asked them where they would put the heat pump and I said behind the house, but when they went to install it, it would not fit behind the house according to code. I constantly had to hound them to finish the job. They started in the spring, and then they did not finish until the winter, after saying they could start in 2 weeks. They left me without heat on below-freezing days because they were not finished. They did not honor parts of the contract. charged for service even though the contract says it is free for 3 years. They tried to charge me for things they did not install(humidifier). Installed the ventilation system over some sill rot. I left gaping holes in my home for months. I had to hound them every step of the way to get them to do the next part of the project. They were replacing propane and oil with gas and did not tell me I had to remove the propane to do so, and then the town would not permit their work and I had to pay out of pocket for more conversions. I had to hound them to get permits, including an oil tank removal permit, which they never pulled and I still do not have! The end result was an expensive system that I think is misconfigured and ill-fitting for my home (it does not remove humidity properly). If you would like to do the project management yourself, hire this company. That said, there was one very nice technician, but I would not have them install anything."

"I hired DS General Services Corp (Mr. Wehlington Da Silva) to refinish hardwood floors on the first floor; remove wall-to-wall carpet, remove vinyl floors and refinish the original hardwood floors on the second floor; and install new luxury vinyl plank flooring in our attic and basement. In other words, he and his team re-did all of the floors in the house from top to bottom. Wehlington and his crew arrived on time every morning at 7am and worked straight through each day until 5pm to 7pm. The crew was polite, courteous and professional. Wehlington consulted with me when necessary, but otherwise he was a man of few words. His actions spoke volumes: He was careful, professional, detail-oriented, committed to excellence, and took pride in the high quality of his workmanship.
